Installing OpenVBX to run on Teleku is simple.  Here are the steps:

1) Download the OpenVBX PHP source code from http://github.com/twilio/OpenVBX

2) Search and replace the the Twilio API URL https://api.twilio.com with http://api.teleku.com. (Note: There are three hits on this string.)

3) Run the Install as Twilio instructs but rather than entering your Twilio API keys during the installation, enter your Teleku API Key (found on your Teleku Dashboard) for both Twilio key parameters.
